The main floor of the house features a spacious living room with flat screen television, and a gorgeous kitchen filled with modern appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the convenience of having both a Keurig and regular drip coffee machines. There is seating at the kitchen island and a separate dining table. You'll also find a stackable Samsung washer and dryer.
There is also a bunk room on this level, with twin over full bunk beds, as well as a bathroom.
The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and an ensuite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has one queen bed, while the third has a full over full bunk bed. The house offers high speed internet for your convenience.
On the ground level, you'll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill. Relax around the downstairs bar area or large picnic table while visiting with family and friends. Other outdoor amenities include a sand shower and a fenced in area of the yard (great for your pets). You will love making memories at Playa del Molino!
Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
