Rockin' Redfish

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is in the perfect central location for your beach vacation! It's just a short trip down the direct beach access road to "toes in the sand", and minutes away from local shopping, restaurants, and night life. Imagine listening to the sound of the waves from the covered deck, and enjoying the salty breeze with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The open living/dining/kitchen area features cozy seating and plenty of space at the 6-person island and small dining table. The kitchen is stocked with all you will need to prepare and serve meals and snacks, including a Keurig coffee maker for those lazy mornings. Other comforts of home include an on-site washer and dryer, and high speed internet for your devices.

With approximately 1200 square feet, Rockin' Redfish easily accommodates 8. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and an ensuite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and a television, and the "bunk room" has two sets of twin over twin bunks - just right for the kids!

The ground level offers ample parking and a shaded entertaining space with a small bar and picnic table. After a day spent in the sun and sand, you'll appreciate the outdoor shower, as well. You can grill for the family on the charcoal grill (BYOCharcoal) and enjoy dinner in the Gulf air.

Small dogs (35 lbs and under) are allowed with a fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
