The main living room located on the 1st floor has a 70" SmartTV and a super large, comfortable u-shaped couch. The spacious kitchen is just off the living room and is well-furnished with a large 9.5'' X 40" custom-built oak dining table that easily seats ten guests. There is another table behind the sectional that seats five more, and a granite island with bar stool seating for six. Large double refrigerators and a state of the art stove and microwave, in addition to well-stocked cabinets and pantry, make preparing and serving meals a breeze. For your convenience, you will find two sets of washer and dryers, one on each floor. This property also boasts a media room with two 70" TVs and two multi-level couches for lounging or gaming. Granite countertops and beautiful décor are spread through the house.
Top Floor sleeping areas:
This floor has 5 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, along with a twin over twin bunk bed, and an attached bathroom. The next bedroom is the same - 1 king, 1 twin bunk, with bath. The third bedroom has a king bed and an attached bath that also opens to the hallway. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and an attached bath that also connects to the theater/media room. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room that contains 7 twin beds and also has its own bath.
Main floor sleeping areas:
This floor has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and is connected to a Jack & Jill bathroom. On the other side of the Jack & Jill bath is another bedroom with a king bed.
The third bedroom has one king bed, and an attached bath that also opens to the hallway.
The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with a set of king over king bunk beds, and 4 twin beds.
There are smart TVs in each room, and high speed internet for your convenience.
