Salty Sea House

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located, less than two miles to The Big Store and five minutes to local restaurants and shops. You are also just minutes away from the beach via the private golf cart/foot path. On the deck there is a built-in bar and plenty of chairs for relaxing with family and friends.

Inside you'll find a bright, open concept, spacious living room with a cozy sectional sofa. This leads to the fully stocked kitchen with a large island and bar stools, blender, regular drip coffee maker, gumbo pot, serving bowls and platters. For your convenience, you'll also find a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

Salty Sea House sleeps 12 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bath. This gorgeous bath has a walk-in shower and large tub. Bedroom two has one queen bed, and bedroom three features two queen over queen built-in bunk beds.

Downstairs is fully fenced, with an additional bar, charcoal grill, corn hole boards and television! Rinse the sand away in the outdoor shower.

This home has a 3-night June and July minimum, with a 6-night minimum for July 4th week.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
