There are comfortable furnishings, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. You'll love the modern appliances, farm sink, and Keurig coffee maker. There is plenty of seating for your family around the island or dining table. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer on site, as well as high speed internet.
With over 2000 square feet, Sandy Cottage accommodates 12 easily. You'll find a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 4 full size beds (bunk sets) in the third bedroom.
Downstairs you will find ample parking, a charcoal grill, picnic table, and swing. You will appreciate the outdoor shower when you come back from a day spent in the sand and saltwater. Sandy Cottage is a lovely place to make lasting beach memories!
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
