You'll also enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware you need to cook a meal, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There's plenty of seating for meals or games at the island and separate dining table! For your convenience you'll also find a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet.
Sea Ya on the Flip Side features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and king size bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two sets of queen over queen bunk beds - perfect for kids!
On the ground level you will find a charcoal grill and picnic table. The outdoor shower is a must for washing away the sand before enjoying the house. We know you will want to visit Sea Ya On the Flip Side again and again!
Small dogs (under 25 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
