This is always a GREAT time. We rent this house every year and it’s always clean. The home fits our crazy family.

Place is lovely. Property management was okay. It was unclear about where to put dirty towels but rules posted and very detailed just did not include towels. You have to pay extra for towels and linens. Was told to turn in key at office but was given a passcode to get in. Called to ask if I needed to stop by and the lady seemed put off that she had to go into the system and sign me out rather than I go in. That was weird. Otherwise the home is great. You will have to walk a quite a ways to get to the walkover to access the beach unless you have a golf cart. The only thing worth bringing up is that they say to wash coffee cups, etc and put them back in the cabinet. I wish they had said to put them in dishwasher and start dishwasher. We read that at the end of the stay and grossed out that we had been using mugs that may not have been cleaned in the dishwasher. Wondered if comforters were cleaned each visit. Overall, the location was great as we were visiting friends in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is perfect for a group. Two family rooms, a large table, a giant fridge, great outdoor space, and a bathroom for each of the 5 bedrooms PLUS a half bath an outdoor shower. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 Queens, and 2 with 1 King. We brought a queen sized air mattress to use in the double-sized primary bedroom; 2 would have fit-and the primary bedroom also has two full attached baths! All of the appliances we used worked. The house was very homey. The location is great. It's a walk to the beach that would be a lot more enjoyable had we rented a golf cart. The beach itself was decent as well. Do bring some allergy meds though as the AC ducts need a change out-
This company was accommodating and professional. I am glad we rented this house from them.

We held a retreat at this home with 25 women coming together. We had plenty of room and area and the kitchen space was great.

The vacation home, Seanutt was beautiful in a perfect location. The only issue was the kitchen was not clean. I understand there is a mandatory cleaning fee but the kitchen did not seem as if it was cleaned before our arrival.

We had a wonderful time in Crystal Beach. The Seanutt was one of the home we have enjoyed the most but it was not very clean. it needs a lot of work. I did call in a maintenance request but was never taken care of.

The rental experience was one for the books. From the registration to the locking of the closing on the last day was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and attentive. The house is gorgeous.

This is a beautiful home away from home. The one thing that should be addressed is the stairs going up to the 1st porch/patio. There should be a sign that states "Watch your step" because it was higher than the other steps. We would definitely rent this property in the future.

We have rented Seanutt twice now. The house is clean and the layout and accommodations are ideal for large family / friend gatherings. The fact that each room has its own bathroom is a major plus! The kitchen / dining / living space is great for community. Parking is spacious. Beach access is close. The Big Store is not far away.

Beautiful home. I am 74 year old with balance issues. I was unable to shower inside this beach home. I was also unable to go upstairs due to the wobbly handrail on the staircase. These were minor issues for me. Everything else was great. My family of 22 people enjoyed our time together for our vacation. Thanks to Swedes for making it easy to rent this home.

Spacious property, great for large families. We loved the fact that each of the 5 bedrooms has their own full restrooms. Awesome ocean view. Walk a couple minutes to the beach. Overall very satisfied.

This spacious rental is perfect for our annual birding trip for Spring Migration. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We have rented this same property for several years. However, there are a few items that need work. The grill has two broken legs, isn't at all clean and the utensils need to be discarded. It should be replaced with a gas grill so it isn't a fire hazard. The downstairs outside shower head needs cleaning so the spray will hit properly. These are small itens easily addressed. The patio furniture is not "luxury". In fact, it is shabby, not appropraite outdoor furntiure and needs updating. I will be glad to attach pictures.
