This rental was AMAZING. The location was just what we needed with access to the beach for my grands. The house was so spacious and accommodated all of our needs. One thing I would suggest is having the lift in working order since the kitchen is on the third level. Other than that 5 Star rating for us.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Top View. It's a very clean beautiful cabin with wonderful views of the beach We will be renting this cabin again next year.

We loved our stay. We had the best time the house was perfect. It was clean and lots of room. The furniture was very nice the beds were comfy the bathroom were big .The view was great, just a quick walk to the beach. we will stay again 100% .

We loved the house and location on the beach was great! Generous amount of outdoor space, both shaded and with sun. Kitchen was well appointed and open to dining and living area. Master BR was nice and I think our family guests enjoyed their bedrooms and bath, each having access to an outdoor deck.
Cons: Would have been nice to use the lift to get our gear and supplies up to 3rd floor. There was a problem with the dishwasher that wasn’t resolved during our stay and required some hand washing etc. Linens and towels were provided but in a bag when we arrived. You’ll have to put on your sheets and make your bed - not a huge deal.
Overall, our stay was great and would recommend this property to others.

The house was perfect. Perfect location and view. Only thing I would change is the charge for sheets and towels and the beds being made instead of Lenins just in bags

It was beautiful. We rented over the Thanksgiving holiday and we experienced bad weather. The bad weather kept everyone inside together it brought about more conversations of family history, games and fun together.

My family had an amazing week at this house. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of everything you could think of. There were an abundance of plates, cups, forks, etc. for large groups, so we never had to worry about running out of anything. The beds were all comfortable, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The multilevel deck and easy access to the beach was also a huge bonus. They have water faucets on every level and gates that lock on both decks, which is wonderful for keeping small children or pets from wandering. They have truly thought of every small detail. Great place, we would definitely rent this home again. It has all the comforts of home.

The cabin is wonderful in every way! The layout was perfect for our families and there was more than enough space. The beachfront location was awesome! The inside of the cabin allowed ample room for the adults and children to move around without being on top of one another. Overall, this is exactly what I look for in a beach cabin each time we go. We’ll be back for sure!!
