Rented the cabin for my wife's birthday weekend and the stay couldn't have been more amazing! Would love to rent it again for any occasion...

Our stay at the Wave N Sea beach house over Labor Day weekend was an absolute dream from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to kick off what will now be our annual family tradition. This house is truly spectacular, and the memories we made here will be cherished for years to come.
From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning nautical decor and the immaculate condition of the home. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and we spent countless hours relaxing on the deck, listening to the waves, and enjoying the perfect weather. The beach access is incredibly easy, making it simple to get our toes in the sand whenever we pleased.
The kitchen was a joy to cook in and was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our family's favorite meals. The open floor plan and large dining table were perfect for our entire family to gather for memorable dinners and board games. It felt incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably.
What really sets Wave N Sea apart is the feeling of being at home. It's clear that so much thought and care has gone into making this a special place. We loved having everything we needed, from beach chairs to comfy blankets, and felt completely at ease throughout our stay.
Thank you for providing the perfect backdrop for our new Labor Day tradition. We are already looking at our calendars and can't wait to book our return trip next year!

The place was great the only suggestion that I have is to provide extra paper goods. Also, supply the linens package within your price point.
Just an fyi the kitchen was not clean something had blown up in the microwave which I cleaned. Counter tops and stove top were also not cleaned. No big deal to me I just cleaned it. I just wanted you to know for your information . We will definitely rent again. Thank

On the beach. Fantastic view with ample deck. More than we expected and delightful in every way. Near restaurants that reflect perfect Texas charm and a close by grocery store with everything you need. Will come back to this outstanding get away.

Cabin was perfectly located in the heart of Crystal Beach. Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay tremendously! Kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It could use a few more cooking pans. Some of theirs were rusted. We really enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay one more night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wave N Sea beach house. VERY busy during July 4th holiday, but the fireworks were great. House was very clean, but kitchen was not as well supplied as a family that cooks needs; we bought a couple of items and left for others to enjoy after us.

Wave n' Sea is the PERFECT beach house! It was clean, bright, NEW and the perfect layout for our family!! The beach house was literal perfection! The only 'complaint' is there isn't direct beach access and it gets PACKED. We also didn't like that vehicles were allowed to drive on the beach as we witnessed several accidents.

We wanted a final beach weekend for the year and Wave N Sea did not disappoint. The house was beautiful and well-appointed, and the view from the front porch is amazing. We had four kids with us and there was more than enough room to spread out, and relax. It was the perfect backdrop for an amazing beach weekend. My unpleasable 13-year-old said, "It was a fire weekend, Mom!" which is practically the nicest thing he's ever said ;-) Note to renters, there are pillows and comforters in the house, but you'll need to bring trash bags, paper goods, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. However, there is a little store right up the road so it's really no trouble if you need anything. Thank you, Swede's; we'll definitely be back!

The Wave N Sea was perfect for our little beach vacation! The location was fantastic. It was super clean and a very nice house. The deck was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the ocean. We can't wait to come back!

The overall experience with Wave N Sea was fantastic and it seemed as though we were the first "renters" to stay in the beach house because everthing was immaculate - with that said, we were a little disappointed at the lack of misc. items we have had at other rental beach locations. Again, not sure if this was because we were the first and no-one else left ANYTHING behind (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc..) or if this was by design. If by design, I think that should be re-thought and allow product left by previous rentals to stay (within reason of course). The linens provided were I believe the same ones I had when in prison (lol) - so, I would recommend bringing your own, or stopping at Costco and buying a cheap set for each of the beds. Location was AMAZING - right on Crystal Beach and for those of you who from the area you know what that means - lots of people watch happening from the balcony :-). Internet gave us a problem pretty much every day and it would have been nice to have access to it so we could re-boot ourselves instead of having it have to run it course and eventually start working again. Like I said before, overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend to any friend or family member.

the two of us had a great stay. Just steps from the beach. The home was in excellent condition when we arrived. Just steps from the beach. Great view, I would definitely recommend a stay. The staff at swede's was easy to deal with and very helpful.
